Need to load Google ads on my site

I am looking for a person who has experienced in web development and loading google ads on websites. I want an experienced person who has already done this work.
Currently my site is getting commercial ads via google adsense only before the login (all the times) and after login I am getting Public Service ads. I want commercial ads via google adsense to be load after login also like it is happening before login.
My site is ajax based and thus ads need to be updated after every ajax call. Also the solution should be within the terms and conditions of google ad sense.
Its an urgent requirement and job will start from the day you hire. My budget is $30 , if the work is more we will revise the budget
